Energy efficiency of apartment buildings in Svilengrad, "Izgrev" Quarter

The project proposal aimed to increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings in "Izgrev" Quarter in Svilengrad: "Izgrev" Quarter, blocks of flats 1,2 and 6. The project envisages introduction of energy efficient measures in the three residential buildings, implementation of all accompanying activities, provision of accessible environment for people with disabilities and other activities described in the energy and technical projects.The activities included in the project proposal are as follows: preliminary activities - technical and energy designing and preparation of investment projects for all buildings.The activities envisaged in the project are construction works, author and construction supervisions, project management and information and communication. The project proposal targets a specific target group of 135 households living in the three multi-family residential buildings. The achieved results will have lasting sustainability and impact on the city's population. The planned activities will lead to improvements in the energy efficiency of buildings, which will directly contribute to the reduction of final energy consumption and, indirectly, to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. As a result of the project, residential buildings will be modernized, cost-effective will be ensured and energy class "B" will be achieved.
