"Improving of energy efficiency in four residential buildings in the town of Devin, Devin municipality"

The project proposal is aimed at improving energy efficiency in four multi-family buildings in the residential sector. The following buildings are included in the project proposal as the object of intervention: 1. Residential building with administrative address: Smolyan district, Devin municipality, Devin, 1 Tsvetan Zangov Str. – The design solution is based on the achievement of energy-efficient measures to cover the energy class "B".; 2. Residential building with administrative address: Smolyan district, Devin municipality, Devin, 27 Osvobojdenie Str. – The design solution is based on the achievement of energy-efficient measures to cover the energy class "B".; 3. Residential building with administrative address: Smolyan district, Devin municipality, Devin, 17 Khan Asparuh Str. – The design solution is based on the achievement of energy-efficient measures to cover the energy class "B".; 4. Residential building with administrative address: Smolyan district, Devin municipality, Devin, 6 Rojen Str. – The design solution is based on the achievement of energy-efficient measures to cover the energy class "C".; The envisaged implementation activities are in accordance with the prescribed measures in the energy efficiency survey of the building. The implementation of the envisaged energy-efficient measures will ensure better living conditions for the residents of the four residential buildings, thermal comfort and a higher quality of living environment. Improving the energy efficiency of these buildings will help to reduce energy end-use and extension the life of the buildings. The buildings which are object of intervention are located in the central urban area of Devin and the implementation of the planned energy-efficient measures will contribute to a better aesthetic appearance of the urban environment in Devin, which is increasingly recognizing as a frequently visited tourist destination.
