"Introducing energy efficiency measures for multi-family residential buildings in Nova Zagora."

The project proposal envisages the introduction of energy efficiency measures in three multi-family residential buildings in the territory of Nova Zagora. The planned activities include the introduction of the energy-saving measures prescribed by the consultant who carried out an energy audit of the buildings and the implementation of the instructions and recommendations reflected in the technical passport in order to achieve at least energy class "C" in the buildings. Improved performance of intervention buildings will significantly reduce their operating costs and contribute to extending their life cycle. The project aims to achieve the following thematic objectives under General Regulation No 1303/2013: Thematic objective 4 "Supporting the transition to a low carbon economy in all sectors". The interventions under the project proposal will contribute to the achievement of the indicative national energy saving targets according to the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan 2014-2020. The modernization and reconstruction of the housing stock aims to improve the quality of life in the city of Nova Zagora. Energy renovation activities will extend the life of buildings, reduce maintenance costs and encourage people to stay in small settlements.
