"Implementation of measures for increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings located in Belogradchik, Lyuben Karavelov Str. three and seven, Belogradchishki Prohod Str. two four and six"

The project proposal is aimed at introducing energy measures in multifamily residential buildings, aiming at improving their energy efficiency, which in turn will contribute to the reduction of the final energy consumption and respectively the extension of the lifetime of the buildings. In the project the objects of intervention are multifamily residential buildings - 5 in number, with established Association of Owners, as follows: "Kokiche", Belogradchik, 3 Lyuben Karavelov St.; "Narcis", Belogradchik, 7 Lyuben Karavelov St.; "Belogradchik passage 2", Belogradchik, 2 Belogradchik passage St.; "Slanchev brjg", Belogradchik, 4 Belogradchik passage St., "Madonna", Belogradchik, 6 Belogradchik passage St. The realization of the project activities will benefit not only the owners of independent objects in the buildings, but also those who live in the surrounding buildings, since improving the external appearance and overall appearance of the objects of intervention will create conditions for a better life, comfort and increase the quality of the environment. The implementation activities envisaged are in accordance with the prescribed measures in the energy and technical audits for individual buildings, leading to an improvement in both the overall energy performance of the buildings and an improvement in structural sustainability.
