Implementation of energy efficiency measures for Hristo Botev Primary School in Pomorie and multi-family residential buildings in Pomorie with address: 9 Solna Str. And Svoboda Quarter 14.

The project proposal is aimed at implementing measures for the Energy Efficiency of buildings located on the territory of Pomorie: "Hristo Botev" Primary School ( Building №1 and Building №2 ) , Pomorie; Residential building with address: Pomorie, 9 Solna Str.; Residential building with address: Pomorie, 14, Svoboda Quarter. Public infrastructure is a major factor in providing basic services to the population in cities and in providing access to them. The need to be met as a result of the implementation of energy efficiency measures of the buildings of Hristo Botev Primary School is related to the provision of an appropriate and cost-effective educational infrastructure that caters to the needs of basic educational services on the territory of Pomorie Municipality. Providing a renovated building stock will be a prerequisite for equal access to quality education, reducing early school leaving, as well as ensuring social inclusion of students, by improving the educational environment for training and residence. Energy renovation activities for multi-family residential buildings will provide better living conditions, thermal comfort, higher quality of life and will contribute to the national goal of increasing EE, namely, achieving higher a level of EE which would directly contribute to the reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in small cities. The energy efficiency measures of the four buildings will be implemented on the basis of an energy efficiency audit, accompanied by a valid energy performance certificate for the respective building, and an examination to determine the technical characteristics of the building with a technical passport prepared. increase the energy efficiency of buildings, reduce electricity costs, which will result in the release of resources to be diverted to other activities.
