RIntroducing Energy Efficiency Measures for Multi-Family Residential Buildings in the City of Nikopol

The project proposal aims at the renovation of four MRBs in the city of Nikopol through EE measures, which have been made mandatory for buildings in the energy efficiency audit and structural restoration activities, which have been made mandatory in the technical survey.Accompanying construction works will also be carried out related to the implementation of energy efficiency measures and restoration of the original state, damaged as a result of the renovation.The implementation of the activities will extend the life of the buildings and reduce maintenance costs, thus improving the living conditions of the population, thermal comfort and higher quality of living environment.For the implementation of the projects there are approved Statements of interest and financial assistance and concluded contracts for renovation of the energy efficiency of the buildings,within the framework of the project under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.003 "Energy efficiency in the peripheral regions-3" of OPRD2014-2020 with the SS of condominium.Four buildings are subject to intervention: 1.MRB represented by the association "Nikopol Rakovska 8", located in the town of Nikopol, 8 Rakovska Str., built in 1974.It has 5 floors with one entrance, 20aps., of which 1 objects with economic purpose OEP, 2 garages and 1 boiler room, with a built up area 1664.60sq.m 2.MRB represented by the association "Nikopol Elia 47-49" is located in the town of Nikopol, 47-49 Elia Str., built in 1979 on 5 floors with two entrances 28aps., of which 1 OEP, with a build up area 2040.27sq.m 3.MRB represented by the association "Nikopol Europe 1",located in the town of Nikopol, sq."Europe" 1, built in 1970, on four floors, with one entrance of 16aps. and 1 OEP, with a build up area 1678.90sq.m 4.MRB represented by the association "Nikopol Krepostna 12" is located in the town of Nikopol,12 Krepostna Str.,Built in 1980,on 5 floors with two entrances, 36aps.of which 3 OEP, with a build up area 2092.90sq.m
