Increasing the energy efficiency of residential buildings in the town of Razlog - five group

This project proposal includes interventions for renovation and energy efficiency of 3 residential buildings in the town of Razlog. All buildings are eligible according to criteria of the program, based on that Municipality of Razlog has signed contracts with the all Association of owners.The project proposal includes activities constructive restoration / reinforcement of the building, implementation of energy efficiency measures, energy audits and technical audits of the buildings have been performed in advance. The implementation of the project will contribute to the reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly - to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of the polycentric system according to the National Concept for Spatial Development. Direct beneficiaries of the project are the people who live and work in the buildings. The energy measures that will be implemented will have an additional effect - ensuring cost-effective operation of the 3 residential buildings, which will allow them to sustainably continue their management and maintenance. The realization of the project will support Municipality of Razlog in its policy of improving the living standards and living conditions of the local people.The objectives of this project meet the objectives set out in an Integrated Urban Recovery and Development Plan of Razlog.he project proposal is in line with the objectives of Priority Axis 2 " Support for Energy Efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas" of the Operational Programme "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020 and the Thematic Objective 4 "Support for the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors", under the Regulation 1303/2013.
