Energy efficiency in the building of the Regional Directorate for Food Safety and Residential Buildings in Tutrakan

This project proposal provides implementation of measures that will lead to improvement of energy efficiency of the following buildings in Tutrakan: Regional Directorate of Food Safety – Tutrakan and three multi-family residential buildings One of the problems in the proposed buildings is the low level of energy efficiency. Energy-saving measures will reduce final energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, resulting in improved environmental performance and quality of life in the city. The measures will have an additional effect as they will provide cost effective operation of the buildings, which will allow them to sustainably continue their management and maintenance and reduce final energy consumption. Energy renovation will extend the life of buildings and reduce maintenance costs. The project proposal is a continuation and upgrade of the investments made in 2016 - 2019 in the energy efficiency of 6 multi-family buildings and 5 public buildings
