Energy efficiency in Municipality of Samokov-I

This project proposal will be implemented under Priority Axis 2 and will include activities for improving the energy efficiency of 3 units. multi-family residential buildings in the town of Samokov, contributing to the reduction of final energy consumption and, indirectly, to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in small towns. The implementation of the project activities will contribute to: • Achieving energy class "B" in 3 units. multi-family residential buildings in Samokov • Reducing household energy costs; • Higher level of energy efficiency: direct-reduction of final energy consumption and indirect-reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in the small cities-support centers of the polycentric system, according to the NCSD 2013-2025. • Achieving the indicative energy saving targets for 2020 set out in the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan 2014-2020; • Ensuring better air quality, living conditions, accessible and working environment in accordance with the criteria for sustainable development; • Improvement of performance to extend the life cycle of buildings; • Maintaining the traditional functions of small towns-support centers related to the provision of public services, not only to the local population but also to the population of the surrounding peripheral areas. The envisaged energy efficiency measures will be implemented on the basis of an energy efficiency audit carried out in 3 multifamily residential buildings in Samokov Blvd., Blvd 36, Samokovo Blvd, Blvd 36, Samokovo Blvd. .
