"Implementation of energy efficiency measures in office and residential buildings"

The project proposal envisages the implementation of energy efficiency measures and structural strengthening activities in 2 multi-family residential buildings - block 17, residential building. 3, blocks № 39, № 40 and № 41 in the residential complex. 2 and one office building, P. R. Slaveykov ”№ 8, city Kozloduy. Block No. 17 consists of 51 detached objects, with a total number of living 119 people. Blocks № 39, № 40 and № 41 consist of 69 separate objects, with a total number of living 112 people. The overall objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency in buildings. With the realization of the project it is expected: - At least achieve energy class "C"; - Improving the comfort of living in residential buildings and achieving the statutory parameters of the heating and lighting environment; - Optimization of budgetary costs as a result of the achieved energy savings from the implemented energy-efficient measures, compared to the statutory ones for the previous periods; - Extended service life of the residential infrastructure and their installations and facilities; - Improving the quality of life and attractiveness in the municipality of Kozloduy; - Reducing carbon emissions and greenhouse gases. - Improved ambient air quality. The planned activities will lead to improvement of the energy and performance characteristics of public and residential buildings, which will allow their sustainable management and maintenance and reduction of final energy consumption.
