Implementation of energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings in Sevlievo at: "Mitko Palauzov" Bl.5, 18 "Stefan Peshev" St. and "Alen Mak" 4.

Implementation of all mandatory energy-saving mandatory energy-saving measures prescribed in the technical projects, energy efficiency and technical audit reports to achieve a minimum C-class energy consumption of three multi-family residential buildings in the city of Sevlievo, aiming at increase energy efficiency of buildings and reduce energy costs, improve performance to extend the lifecycle of buildings, ensure living conditions Ena environment in accordance with sustainability criteria. In accordance with the Guidelines for Application procedure, the project proposal provides the following activities: Design - preparation of investment projects of twenty-three multifamily buildings, subject to intervention based on mandatory measures made in the preparation and technical energy audit of the buildings; Construction work for input of the energy efficiency measures; Making copyright and construction supervision; Performance of activities of information and publicity; Organization and Management of the implementation of the planned activities. The realization of the project proposal will contribute to improving the living environment 139 households and improve performance to extend the life cycle of buildings. In accordance with the horizontal policies of the EU, the project will contribute to the implementation of policies at local and national level in the field of rational use of energy resources and environmental protection.
