Implementation of the Energy Efficiency of the Regional Administration Building - Sevlievo, to the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior - Gabrovo and multifamily residential buildings at ,at: "Mitko Palauzov" Bl.4, Sevlievo city

Introduction of all eligible for energy-saving mandatory energy saving measures prescribed in the technical projects, the reports of the energy efficiency audit and the technical audit to achieve the minimum class "C" energy consumption of the building of the Regional Office - Sevlievo, to the Directorate of the Ministry of Interior - Gabrovo and one multifamily residential building on the territory of the city of Sevlievo, aiming to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings and reduce energy costs, improve the operational characteristics of the rte d lifecycle of buildings, providing conditions of living environment in accordance with sustainability criteria. In accordance with the Application Guidelines for the procedure, the project proposal envisages the following activities:; Construction works for the introduction of energy efficient measures; Performing copyright and construction supervision; Conducting information and publicity activities; Organization and management of the implementation of the envisaged activities. The implementation of the project proposal will contribute to the improvement of the living environment of 93 households in the multi-family residential building, to provide working environment in the administrative building in accordance with the criteria for sustainable development, and will improve the performance characteristics for extending the life cycle of the buildings. In line with EU horizontal policies, the project will contribute to the implementation of policies at local and national level in the field of rational use of energy resources and environmental protection.
