Implementation of energy efficiency measures in multifamily residential buildings on ,,Stara planina"№129 street ,, Hadzhi Dimitar №2 street and ,,Rakovska "№3 , , Sevlievo city

Introduce all mandatory energy-saving mandatory energy-saving measures prescribed in the technical projects, energy efficiency and technical audit reports to achieve a minimum C-class energy consumption of three multi-family residential buildings in the city of Sevlievo, aiming at increase energy efficiency of buildings and reduce energy costs, improve performance to extend the lifecycle of buildings, ensure living conditions Ena environment in accordance with sustainability criteria. In accordance with the Application Guidelines for the procedure, the project proposal envisages the following activities: Construction works for the introduction of energy efficient measures; Performing copyright and construction supervision; Conducting information and publicity activities; Organization and management of the implementation of the envisaged activities. The implementation of the project proposal will contribute to the improvement of the living environment of 146 households and will improve the performance for extending the life cycle of buildings. In line with EU horizontal policies, the project will contribute to the implementation of policies at local and national level in the field of rational use of energy resources and environmental protection.
