«Increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings with administrative addresses Sandanski, Residential Complex «Spartak» Block 6A, Block 6B, Block 7A, Block 7B and Sandanski, Residential Complex «Spartak» Block 17, Block 18A, Block 18B»

The project envisages the implementation of energy efficiency measures for multi-family residential buildings with administrative addresses Sandanski, residential area "Spartak" bl.6A, bl.6B, bl.7A, bl.7B and Sandanski, residential area "Spartak" bl. 18, Entry A, Entry B and Bl. 17, according to procedure BG16RFOP001-2.003 ""Energy Efficiency in Peripheral Areas - 3" Priority Axis 2 "Support for Energy Efficiency in Supporting Centers in Peripheral Areas" of OPRD 2014-2020. Four major energy saving measures will be implemented within the project, namely: -Thermal insulation of external walls -Replacement of windows -Thermal insulation of the roof -Thermal insulation of the floor A set of measures will be implemented as a complement to the construction works to improve the aesthetic appearance of multi-family residential buildings. As a result of the construction and repair work, energy class E buildings will be converted to energy class B.
