"Modernization of the educational infrastructure in the Professional high School of Agriculture "Todor Ratchinski" town of General Toshevo"

The professional high school of agronomy Todor Ratchinski is the only professional high school in the municipality and is unique for the region. This school produces professional personnel for the agriculture which is the main occupation of the locals. The graduates are valuable assets not only in our country and in the worldwide they have successful career. There are four main specializations: Producer of agronomic products, Economist of agriculture, Electric furnishing of transport machinery, Farmer. The project proposition is aimed for updating the main corpus and the gymnasium as a main part of the school infrastructure. It is envisioned a refreshment of the current school yard, which contains asphalting, replacement of the sidewalk tiles and a playground for sports activities. For the goals of the project the mandatory energy saving dispositions will be made, which are copied in the energy saving survey, they contain: replacement of window frames and sewer installations. It is necessity to replace the electric, waterworks and sewer installations. For the sight a declaration will be brought forward, for the certificate for energy characteristics is released and it is valid. For the goals of the project proposition an investment project will be prepared, which will include: all mandatory energy saving measures, copied in the energy and technical survey; measures ensuring accessible architectural setting. As a result, from the preparation of the investment project and the construction, all of the needed permits will be released. The update of the material basis of the school will lead to an overall improvement of the educational process will ease the introduction of the new methods of education. The improved circumstances in the school will also have a positive effect on the students motivation for a better and more active studding and career realization.
