The acceleration of the regional growth in Northwest region is an important task in the regional politics of Republic of Bulgaria, which is connected with a targeted support for the overcoming of its lag in the social-economic aspect.With the current project proposition MES strives to encourage the traditional and to discover new professional specializations for the regions of Vidin, Vratsa, Montana and Pleven. A crucial moment of keeping the young generation in the country borders and the business development in the region is the necessity of encouragement in the bond between the professional education, high education and real business.
