Establishing conditions for high- quality professional education through improvement of the buildings and fascilities of Professional School of Woodworking and Construction "Tsar Ivan Asen II" - Haskovo

Project "Establishing conditions for high- quality professional education through improvement of the buildings and fascilities of Professional School of Woodworking and Construction "Tsar Ivan Asen II" - Haskovo" is part of the Municipality's ongoing policy in which improvement of the educational infrastructure and creation of conditions for modern educational services are set as top priorities. The activities to be implemented under the project are: - Organization, management and internal monitoring of the project; - Preparation of documentation for procurement under Public Procurement Act and implementation of procedures for selection of contractor; - Construction and repair works. The activity includes reconstruction, renovation and implementation of energy efficiency measures in two buildings in PSWC "Tsar Ivan Asen II" - site "Building 2- Hostel" and site "Workshop". The main activities to be implemented include: repair and strenghtening of the roof, repair of plumbing and electrical intallations, gasification and heating in the buildings; - Supervision of the construction works. During the execution of the costruction works, continuous construction and author supervision of the sites will be executed until obtaining permission for use of the buildings/Certificate for putting into operation; - Publicity and communication measures of the project to inform the general public about the contribution of the ERDF; - Audit procedures of the project. An independent financial audit of the costs incurred by the project activities, including the public procurement will be performed.
