The economical structure of the capital city follows the tendencies of the already developed economies. The major economical share of the services increases. There is also an increase in the influence of the creative and recreative technologies and the development of invative technologies and their integration in production. The current project proposition aims to improve the educational process, to introduce new methods of education and to ensure better integration and sociallization in the community for the future generations. Through the update and modernization of the amortized and morally old basis of the professional schools in the region, MES strives to encourage the preservation of the traditional and to create new speciallizations for the region of Sofia-grad. Through the measures which are going to be implemented, a better qualification for the students will be ensure for a better integrity in the market of work. A crucial moment for the stable prosperity of the capital is the necessity of encouragement of the bond between professional education, high education and real business.
