The changes in the economical structure in the Southwest region follow the tendencies of the developed economies. The prevailing share of the services is growing in expence of the shrinking sectors of industry and agriculture. Through the activities enshrined in the current project proposition aims to improve the educational process, to introduce new methods of education and to ensure easier integrity and socializing in the community of the future generation. With the update of the amortized and morally old basis of the professional schools in the region, MES strives to encourage the creation of new professional specializations for the regions of Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Pernik, Pazardzhik and Sofia-region, corresponding of the demands on the work market. An essential moment of the young generations stay and the business development in the region is the necessity of encouragement for the bond between professional education, high education and real business.
