The current project proposition aims to update the amortized and morally old basis of the professional schools in the region, through this the MES strives to encourage the preservation of the traditional for the regionsof Varna, Dobritch, Razgrad, Silistra and Shumen professional specializations. A crucial moment for the keeping of the young generations and the business development in the region is the necessity of encouragment of the bond between the professional education, high education and real business with a perspective of creating conditions for developing personal and professional knowledge and skills through their whole life. the investments in the educational institutions is with a goal of update and modernization of the school cabinets, laboratories, sports instalations and school workshops and will contribute for a higher quallity professional education. Yavorov" PS of technics "Sandor Petofi" PS of economics "Robert Schuman" PS of business administration and services "Atanas Burov" PS of mechanotechnics Vladimir Komarov" PS of construct, architecture and geodesy PS of economics will be improved, as well as the educational process, also new methods of education will be introduced and an easier integration and sociallization with the community will be insured.
