"Establishment of conditions for modern educational services and implementation of professional education of high quality in "Tsanko Tserkovski" Vocational High School - Pavlikeni through improvement of the educational infrastructure"

The project emphasizes on the establishment of conditions for high quality professional education through improvement of the educational infrastructure in “Tsanko Tserkovski” Vocational High School – Pavlikeni. It foresees implementation of the following activities: Introduction of energy efficiency measures, recommended in the energy efficiency surveys of the school building and the workshop; Implementation of obligatory technical measures, recommended in the technical reports of the buildings; Optimization of the heating installations; Replacement of the morally-aged furniture and computer equipment. Through the realization these results will be achieved: Improved technical basis of the Vocational High School, which enables the easier integration and socialization through the educational process, and future realization on the labour market; Improved quality of the educational environment which will enease the introduction of new methods that make the school more attractive and interesting for young people; The interventions will directly contribute to the decrease of the students' number who preliminary drop out and they will create preconditions for increase in the share of the ones who successfully graduate. The activities concerning the improvement of the access for disabled people to the workshop are a further step in the social integration and isolation fight of this group. The effect achieved through the realized energy efficiency measures will be: optimization of energy costs that realize economy of 134400,00 BGN lv.annually; achieved energy economy of 1253732 kWh/year; saved CO2 emissions of 312 t/year. The project realization will have direct impact on the students, their families and the staff of the educational institution. The estimated data show that for the year 2016/17 240 students will be studying in 12 classes and 40 students will be studying on individual form. The staff is 43 people with pedagogical, administrative and assisting functions.
