Making the investment to improve education infrastructure for overall improvement of the educational process in the Professional School of mechanization of agriculture, Razlog

This project proposal includes actions to improve the energy efficiency of the main building and dormitory of the Vocational School of mechanization of agriculture in the town of Razlog. The direct beneficiaries are 230 students and teachers who study and work at the school. Provided energy efficiency measures will contribute to reducing final energy consumption and indirectly - to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to improve facilities at the educational institution, which will make it attractive and desirable when choosing an educational institution for completion secondary vocational school. The measures, included in the project proposal will extend the time and the life of the building. The measures will have an additional effect as it will provide a cost-effective operation of the building that will allow sustainability management, maintenance of the educational institution. The project envisages the following activities: - Organization and Management Project - Engineering (design, construction works supervision) - Supervision and conformity assessment - Information and publicity - Introduction of the object in ekspoatatsiya - Audit - Preparing and conducting a tender procedure for contractor - Supply of equipment and furnishings Investing activities provided in the project include all energy saving measures prescribed in the energy audit, including any mandatory measures prescribed in the technical investigation. The implementation of the project activities will contribute to the provision of modern educational infrastructure modernized.
