Complex measures for renovation of Professional High School of Agriculture "Hristo Botev" Yambol

The implementation of the project proposal will realize the possibilities for implementing the measures and actions for development of the Professional high School for Agriculture Hristo Botev-Yambol, by renovation and modernization of the classrooms, a dormitory and yard to the school building, for the implementation of quality professional education. With project implementation will be created prerequisites for overcoming dropout from the education system of children from socially disadvantaged families, will be provided a highly qualified personnel for the business, as well as provide an opportunity for more adults to receive qualification by a particular specialty in the Professional High School in order to be employed at the labor market. The project is aimed to the improvement of conditions of the educational institution and providing conditions of different social groups, including marginalized communities and disadvantaged groups, for training, development and integration in the educational and social environment. The project implementation will provide an opportunity for maintenance of modern equipment,which is used by the companies into the economy. The improved material facilities will help to improve the quality practical training as well as retention and attraction of highly qualified teaching staff. Will improve the relationship between schools and businesses through training of human resources required for the development of agricultural producers and producer organizations and livestock farmers in the region. Will be provided opportunities to implement projects for supporting the cooperation between the high school and higher educational establishments and various educational institutions and improving conditions for the development of already existing and established partnerships. Will be improved the quality of life and working conditions and training of students and teachers through renovation of the furnishing and equipment at the school.
