"Vocational School of Agriculture and Forestry in Kardzhali - attractive educational center for young people"

The main objective of the project "Vocational School of Agriculture and Forestry in Kardzhali - attractive educational center for young people" is to create conditions for the provision of professional education in the field of agriculture and forestry, corresponding to the modern requirements in these areas. The specific objectives of the project are: - To improve the quality of educational services provided in the Vocational School of Agriculture and Forestry in the town of Kardzhali through the renovation of buildings and the provision of professional equipment, which in turn will improve the employability of graduates of the school; - To enhance the attractiveness of the school for students from the region, by modernizing the educational process, which also will contribute to reducing the rate of drop-out students from the sphere of educational. Target group of the project are 129 students who are studying at the Vocational School of Agriculture and Forestry in the town of Kardzhali. Indirect beneficiaries of the project are 22 teachers and staff working in the school and 200 parents of students. The main project activities are related to the execution of construction and installation works related to the introduction of energy efficiency measures and finishing the building of the school; Delivery of professional equipment necessary for quality educational process and implementation of construction and supervision. Also, the project envisages activities for technical design, information and publicity, performing financial audits and project management. As a result of the project will be modernized the building of the Vocational School and will be delivered professional equipment needed to conduct quality educational process. The improved educational conditions will make the school more attractive for students from the Region of Kardzhali and the nearby regions of Haskovo, Plovdiv and Smolyan.
