"Modernization of the infrastructure and improvement of the quality of the educational environment at Professional High School of Food Technologies and Equipment (PHSFT) - Plovdiv"

The current project proposal, foreseen for implementation under Priority Axis 3 – “Regional educational infrastructure”, Procedure BG16RFOP001-3.002 “Support for vocational school in Republic of Bulgaria”, under OP “Regions in Growth 2014-2020”, aims to establish favorable and corresponding to the contemporary educational requirements - environment which through relevant optimization will facilitate for the provision of adequate educational services and conditions corresponding to the national and European legislation for quality, suitability and adequacy to the needs of the students and stakeholders (business and future employers). The aims of the project are in full consistence with the ones of the Procedure and will be realized through a complex set of integrated activities, leading to the modernization of the physical environment of the PHSFT – Plovdiv (Construction and assembly works, including measures for energy efficiency and provision of accessible environment), provision and montage of equipment and furniture that responds to the needs of the studied vocational subjects in the target school; the activities will further contribute for the improvement of the conditions and comfort not only of the students but also of the instructors. The main activities will be supported also by activities for publicity and communication with whose help the project’s implementation will reach to a wider scope of stakeholders. The committed interventions on the territory of PHSFT-Plovdiv and the financial contribution of ERDF, OPRG and the national budget will be promoted. The realization of the project will generate opportunity to establish a better and qualitative educational environment which will improve the attractiveness of the school and the respective vocational subject which are factors that are going to increase the interest of the students and the future employers towards them and the school.
