Reconstruction, renovation and new equipment of the buildings from professional high school of forestry and wood working Sava Mladenov, Teteven town

The current project proposal envisages implementation of measures for increased energy efficiency of professional high school of forestry and wood working (PHSFWW) Sava Mladenov, Teteven town. Based on the conclusions of the technical passport, the current buildings’ status does not meet the requirements of Art. 169 of the Law on Territorial Development in terms of energy efficiency, safe operation, noise and environmental protection. The project proposal includes the implementation of the measures mentioned in the Technical Passport, including the following: • Provision of the stipulations of Ordinance 4 of 01.07.2009 for design, execution and maintenance of construction in acc. with the requirements for accessible environment for population, incl. people with disabilities; • Necessary measures for structural strengthening and increased security of buildings; • Replacement of compromised wooden construction, waterproof layers and roof tin covering (excl. the training-administrative building); • Complete isolation of the buildings according to Ord. Nr.7/2004 for Energy efficiency in buildings (excl. the training-administrative building); • Replacement of rain gutters and water spouts (excl. the training-administrative building). . • Replacement and re-equipment of existing electrical panels; • Complete replacement of existing electrical and lighting electrical installations; • Development of emergency lighting, fire alarming installation, new transient protection and ground installations; • Replacement of piping network and existing cast-iron radiators of the training-administrative building and hospice; • Fire safety - necessary measures;. • Supply and installation of equipment and furnishing. The implementation of the a.m. measures will lead to the achievement of class "C" energy consumption the buildings improved access for people with disabilities and assets and equipment capacity in compliance with the goals of the current procedure
