Reconstruction, reorganization, modernization and introduction of energy saving measures Complex for Education of Medical University – Sofia, branch " Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev "- c. Vratsa, consisting of five buildings and a yard

The project proposal aims to complete reconstruction, reorganization and modernization of the training complex of the Medical University of Sofia, branch "prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev "- c. Vratsa, which also provides educational services for priority" Health Care ". For the realization of the project proposal are foreseen the following activities: 1. Organization, management and reporting of the project: 1.1. Forming a management team, 1.2. Preparing and carrying out the necessary procedures for selection of contractors of project activities 1.3. Administrative, financial and technical management, control and reporting on project activities; 2. Implementation of engineering: 2.1. Design, 2.2. Execution of works on reconstruction and modernization of building complex for education. 2.3. Construction of new classrooms and offices, a library with reading room, gymnasium, 2.4. Implementation of the ESM prescribed in the reports from energy survey of the educational complex buildings and achievement of energy class "B" for the three buildings, 2.5. Provided accessible architectural environment for the three buildings in the educational complex by building an elevator for disabled, mobile platforms and ramps. 2.6. Performance of supervision; 3. Construction Supervision during execution of engineering: 3.1. Conformity assessment of the investment project; 3.2. Construction supervision during construction; 4. Introduction of building commissioning according to the procedure specified in the law; 5. Delivery of the equipment and furniture 5.1. Supply and installation of furniture; 5.2. Manufacture, delivery and installation of stationary equipment; 5.3. Delivery and installation of equipment, offices and lecture halls; 5.4. Supply of medical equipment, rooms and classrooms; 6. Provision of publicity and visualization of the project to ensure publicity and public awareness about the EU financial contribution for the project
