After analysing the needs of purchasing sports equipment, the need to improve the conditions for sports in the state vocational schools in the Republic of Bulgaria was identified. With this project proposal and with the implementation of its activities the Ministry of Education and Science will upgrade the concluded grant agreements under procedure BG16RFOP001-3.002 "Support for the vocational schools in the Republic of Bulgaria". The conditions for sports in the schools cannot satisfy the needs for conducting the classes in physical education and sports. This requires the adoption of measures that lead to the creation of conditions for full exercise of physical education and sports by students as a precondition for expanding the scope and optimizing the motor regime of children, students, including children at risk. The motivation for participation in sports activities can be accomplished by modernizing the sports base and introducing new sports in the curricula of the state vocational high schools. The purchase of Cardio outdoor fitness equipment, Strength outdoor fitness equipment, Combined outdoor fitness training systems will attract interest in fitness culture. Fitness training is popularizing and becoming a major tool for improving the health and maintaining good physical shape. With the project, schools will also purchase equipment for gyms, sports grounds and playgrounds, such as "Sports equipment that supports physical activity and the development of physical capacity indoors", as well as equipment for Pilates and aerobics, innovative training tubes for strength and functional workouts, abdominal press boards, Multifunctional body training, Basketball sets, football goals, volleyball, handball and / or combined football and basketball courts and others described in Appendix B - "Valuation list for purchase equipment / furniture ".
