Increase the capacity of the Day Center for children with disabilities - Svishtov through the reconstruction and repair - quality care and affordable services.

To date, the existing Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities in Svishtov provides social services for 30 children in two separate buildings, public municipal property. This leads to the separation of children, the specialized equipment available, the team of specialists and significantly hinders the efficient and appropriate use of the available resources. With the realization of the Project will be repaired and reconstructed additional premises in the building of school "Aleko Konstantinov",in Svishtov, in order to unite the location of the two conditionally created groups of the social service. It is planned to repair four former classrooms, library, storage, auxiliary and sanitary premises, corridor. An accessible, structured and visualized work environment will be provided, with all children being provided with suitable facilities for group and individual work, therapeutic effects, sanitation and hygiene. At the same time, appropriate conditions will be created for storing and processing the documentation and the work of the team of specialists.
