The project proposal provides build of a day care center for support of children with disabilities and their families in the town of Karnobat through repair, reconstruction, and renovation of the building, including adjoining yard, as well as supply of equipment and furniture. The implementation of the project is a prerequisite for establishment of the social service "Day Center for Support of Children with Disabilities and their Families" for the territory of the municipality as part of implementation of the national strategy "Vision for Deinstitutionalization of Children in the Republic of Bulgaria".
