The project proposal envisages the creation of social services on the territory of Elin Pelin Municipality as follows: - Public support center, with the possibility of emergency reception; - Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities and their families; Family-type accommodation for children. In the municipality of Elin Pelin live 22 231 people in 19 settlements. 10% of this population are people with disabilities - physical and mental. The unemployment rate is more than 6.4%, with family members with children with disabilities taking care and support in their everyday lives, given that 54.7% of the working population are daily labor migrants working outside the country The municipality, most often in Sofia. The project activities are aimed at supporting families with children at risk and with disabilities by providing integrated social services through the establishment of a public support center with the possibility of emergency reception; Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities and their Families and Children's Placement Center. In order to improve access to parents' return services on the labor market, quality childcare for their children with disabilities. For this purpose, municipal buildings will be repaired and equipped to disclose social services, competent staff will be recruited for work with disabled children, and professional counseling will be provided to parents of children with disabilities. The result of the project implementation will be helped Overcoming social exclusion, restoring work activity and raising the quality of life of people involved in the constant rearing of children with disabilities at home.
