With reference to the Map of Residential Services Dobrich Municipality is going to establish, supply with fixtures and furniture a social facility, a home under monitoring for up to 6 persons without disorders. This service is targeted at young people who are 18-21 years of age and who have left specialized institutions or residential community services for children and young people with no disabilities. This new service is going add to the existing community-based services, provided by the municipality, and it is going to satisfy the need of the young people for a place to live and for social and psychological counselling for the period of social integration and finding a job. The current project proposal is planning to establish the home under monitoring in a block of flats, in the central part of the town of Dobrich. The flat is going to be renovated, supplied with fixtures and furniture in accordance to the Functional requirements (Annex H, part of the Application package). The furniture is going to be standard and typical for family homes. With reference to the Map of Services for Support in Community and in In-home the building of a day-care center and its surrounding yard will be renovated. Furniture and equipment will also be delivered to this currently existing day-care center for children with disabilities. The activities in the day-care center will be further developed and new services relevant to Social Rehabilitation and Integration Centre will be included. The construction works, furniture and equipment will match with the Functional requirements for support day-care centers for children with disabilities and their families (Annex H part of the Application package).
