The project proposal is based on the Map of services for support in the Community and in family environment and the Map of Residential services, which determine how many and what kind of services the Municipality of Razgrad shall establish or improve (through increasing the capacity). According to the Maps, the Municipality of Razgrad should make renovations of the Center for Community Support in order to increase its capacity, to include services for Center for social rehabilitation and integration within the activities of the Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities, and to establish two new services. The new services are Transitional home for children from 15 to 18 years of age and Supervised home for young people from 18 to 21 years of age. Potentially the new services will be provided to the total of 202 users.
