Support for deinstitutionalization of child care in Novi Pazar municipality

The presented project proposal intend to accommodate a Specialized Contact Center with an area of 29,50 m2 to the now functional Public Support Center, and will be implemented further rooms: for the children, to the experts and waiting hall, as well social services of the Day Center for children with disabilities will be extended through reconstruction of premises and the available courtyard. The new social infrastructure will be covered 0-18 age’s children at risk, and children with disabilities, of the municipalities of Novi Pazar, Kaspichan, Kaolinovo and Nikola Kozlevo. The goal of the investment is it to increase social inclusion by improving access to public, cultural and recreational services, as well they be switch from institutionally to the community-based services. With the realization of the project, will be created conditions that will respond to the individual needs of the children and ensure their rights, their right to life in a family environment. The main activities include: - Designing, authoring supervision and execution of construction works; - Delivery of equipment and furniture; - Construction Supervision; - Providing information and communication about the project; - Organization and management of the project, etc. The achievement of the project activities will be done by according to the requirements of the PPL, depending on the range of the predicted value. The realization of the project will provide health and social infrastructure that will be contributes to national, regional and local development, reducing inequalities in health status, promoting better social engagement through improved access to social services. The project proposal amplify a holistic approach to policy to improve quality of life and stability, a modern and integrated solution of a large part of the social issues, and builds the solid basis at the level of individual municipalities.
