Providing infrastructure for development of 5 new social services in the community

The project envisages major repairs/reconstruction, renovation, provision of a new material and technical base and implementation of energy efficiency measures in 3 sites of the social infrastructure of the Sofia Municipality, which are necessary for the provision of five new social services in the community defined by the Map for Support Services in the Community and Family Environment , as follows: Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities and their Families, Day Care Center for Children with Multiple Disabilities and their Families, Center for Public support. The distribution of intervention sites by region is as follows: 1.District Nadezhda - Nadezhda, 23 Sava Filaretov Str.-floors 2 and 3 2.District Poduyane - Hadji Dimitar, 1 Baba Vida str.-floor 4, under roof 3. District Ovcha kupel district - Gorna banya, 2 Hristo Stefchov Str. The renewed infrastructure and the new material base will contribute to the emergence of new quality social services in the community that provide social support and inclusion. The services will provide an opportunity for active social inclusion of the representatives of the target groups, including: - children and young people with disabilities; - children and adolescents with permanent multiple disabilities; - children and families at risk, through social and psychological counseling, prevention (from abandonment, dropout, etc.), support for reintegration of children from a family environment, training in skills for independent living and social integration of children, Housed in resident services, and others. All the technical parameters of the forthcoming CAMs and new equipment designed to provide the material and technical basis needed for the disclosure of the new services are in full compliance with the functional requirements and guidelines for the construction of the infrastructure and the relevant European documents for deinstitutionalization and life In the community.
