Project proposal aimed to establish a new types of social services and to expand the capacity of existing welfare services in Stara Zagora called to replace the institutional model of childcare. The project activities include the creation of two community youth services Transitional housing. The main project activities are construction works and purchase of furniture/equipment, as follows: 1. Building of two Transitional housing in the following properties: ▪ Regulated plot of land with an area of 690 sq.m., located in the village of Zagore, Stara Zagora Municipality, district 7, plat VIII all, possessing an act for private municipal property 01699 from 06.11.2001; ▪ Regulated plot of land with an area of 394 sq m, located in "Zora", district 15, UPI III 251, possessing an act for private municipal property 10249 from 26.04.2012. The total capacity of the childcare infrastructure renovated is 16 persons.
