The project proposal is a set of measures, the implementation of which will provide the appropriate infrastructure for provision of social services for disabled persons and elderly people with mental disorders. The project activities are in line with the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021. for implement the National Strategy for long-term care and contribute to the provision of access to quality social services for the target group. The project envisages the construction of a Center for care of people with mental disorders in Haskovo, with a capacity of 15 / fifteen / users. The activities to be implemented within the project are: 1. Designation of project management team and activities; 2. Preparation of documentation and execution of public procurement procedures for selection of contractors; 3. Engineering for building a Center for Care of people with mental disorders in Haskovo; 4. Execution of construction supervision of the sites of intervention and assessment of the compliance of the investment projects; 5. Delivery and installation of equipment and furniture for social services in the community; 6. Providing information and communication related to the project.
