The project envisages construction (new construction) of Mental Disability Care Center (MDCC) in the town of Malko Tarnovo, in connection with the process of deinstitutionalization of the care for elderly people and people with disabilities, for access to quality social services for disabled and elderly people and in accordance with the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021 for the implementation of the National Long-Term Care Strategy. The construction of MDCC will be in line with the functional requirements and guidelines developed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy for building the infrastructure in line with the relevant European documents for deinstitutionalization and community life. After completing the construction activities, the premises will be equipped and furnished in accordance with "Equipment Requirements" specified in "Functional Requirements for MDCC"
