Care Center for Persons with Mental Disabilities

It is envisaged in PI no. 55292.141.001 in the area of ​​Pamukchi village, Novi Pazar municipality, after changing the purpose of the terrain, to build "Center for care for people with mental retardation" with a capacity of 15 seats. The property has an area of ​​2.266sq.m. It will build a building with an area of ​​600 sq.m, with a capacity of 15 seats for people with mental retardation. The new social infrastructure will be used by the inhabitants of the municipality of Novi Pazar and the neighboring municipalities Kaspichan, Kaolinovo, Nikola Kozlevo. There will be 6 double bedrooms, 3 single bedrooms, a room for the staff, the mistress and the manager. There are two day rooms for day-to-day activities in a small group and a room for general activities. The kitchen will prepare food with the participation of the consumers. There is also a dining room, laundry and boiler room, storage rooms. A fence will be built along the property border. In the adjoining space there will be parking places and places for recreation, gardening and others. The project will be tailored to provide an accessible environment for people with disabilities. The main activities include: -Organisation and project management; -Engineering (design, construction and installation supervision; - Preparation of the NIPA; -Trust surveillance; -Commissioning; - Expenses for obtaining the necessary permit documents; -Providing publicity and visualization; -Delivery of equipment and furniture; The implementation of the project activities will be carried out according to the requirements of the PPA, depending on the scope of the estimated value. With the implementation of the project, it will contribute to providing health and social infrastructure that contributes to national, regional and local development, reducing inequalities in health status, promoting better social inclusion through improved access to social services.
