Establishment of Daily Care Center to Support People with Different Forms of Dementia and Their Families" in the town of Smolyan

The project envisages repairing - internal reconstruction of an existing building, including furnishing and equipment, for revealing the social service "Daily care center for support of people with different forms of dementia and their families" in the town of Smolyan. For this purpose an internal reconstruction of an existing derelict building located in the town of Smolyan will be carried out.Technical projects have been developed for the execution of the repair activities, in compliance with the functional requirements and guidelines for the construction of such type of infrastructure, as the internal redevelopment is designed in accordance with the application guidelines and the urban, situational, compositional and functional requirements to the building and premises, provided for this type of social service. The capacity of the center will be 40 people. The project also includes activities for construction supervision, author's supervision, investor control, delivery and installation of furniture and equipment, publicity and project management.
