The project proposal describes the construction of a complex of buildings for social services for people with mental disorders situated on the territory of Svoge Municipality according to the Map of services for community support and the Map of residential services through 1. The construction of 3 new buildings, each of which intends to provide services for Care Center for people with mental disorders with a total capacity of 45 individuals in the town in Svraven locality, in the village of Milanovo, Svoge Municipality, Sofia Province. The centers will be separate massive buildings situated in a common plot with independent outside spaces adjoining them. They will be assembled in a single complex. The outside space common for the complex will be shaped as a park with spots for rest and walking. In each building there will be common, personal and service premises (warehouses, installation space, staff room according to legal requirements). Activities such as engineering (design, construction’s authorship supervision and execution), feasibility assessment, construction supervision, equipment and furnishing of the centers;communication campaign to promote the project and sources of financing will be executed. Svoge Municipality will secure additional financing different from the one in the current Operation Programme Regional Development for the additional equipment and furnishing needed for the successful functioning of the residential-type social services according to the requirements as well as for outside spaces’ development.
