“Healthcare Center for people with mental disorders”

The project proposal “Healthcare Center for people with mental disorders” acquires to provide adequate and effective social infrastructure, promoting new quality social services for individuals with mental illnesses in accordance with the action plan for the period 2018 – 2021 for implementation of the National Strategy for long-term care by: - Providing infrastructure for social services for people with illnesses in accordance with the updated map of services; - Improving the life quality for physical, emotional and educational development and social inclusion of every individual in his natural environment; - Creating conditions for independent and worthy lifestyle for individuals with mental disorders in accordance with their abilities and specific needs The project proposes the establishment of a Healthcare center for individuals with mental disorders in Kyustendil Municipality. The constructed project would provide conditions for individual and worthy lifestyle for people with disorders by providing quality, accessible and sustainable long-term care services, in accordance with one’s individual needs. The optimization and modernization of the social infrastructure would increase the quality of life and contribute to achieving integrated approach to the care of people with disorders with clear social effect and impact.
