Lot 8 "Road III-904 Staro Orqhovo - Dolni Chiflik - Grozdyovo from km 0+000 to km 17+377.07, with a total length of 17.377, Varna region"

The main purpose of this project proposal is the rehabilitation of road III-904 Staro Orqhovo - Dolni Chiflik - Grozdyovo from km 0+000 to km 17+377.07, also improvement and modernization of the technical performance of the road section and achieve homogeneity of the road pavement. The project implementation will lead to: increased mobility of the population, increased investment in the region, creating new jobs, improving the environment by reducing the emission of harmful greenhouse gases and the possibility of more choice to health and educational services for local population, as well as promoting the development of tourism. The implementation of rehabilitation of road III-904 will satisfy the needs of the population of the Northeast region of Bulgaria, especially the citizens of Varna and transit traffic in the region. The main activities for successful implementation of the project are: - Formation of project management team to manage and coordinate all the activities and participants in the realization of the investment proposal; - Contractor selection for implementation of construction works, signing a contract with the contractor and executing the rehabilitation of the road section; - Contractor selection for implementation of construction supervision (Consultant), signing a contract with the contractor and performance of construction supervision; - Performance of design supervision of the site; - Implementation of the project audit by a certified auditor; - Contractor selection for implementation of information and publicity of the project, signing a contract with the contractor and performance of information and publicity of the project; - Permit for use for the road section, verification of expenses and reporting on performance;
