Lot 1 „Road ІІ-57 Stara Zagora-Radnevo-road ІІ-55 from km 0+250 to km 11+075 and from km 12+460 to km 40+554, with a total length of 38.919 km, regions of Sliven and Stara Zagora”

The main purpose of project's proposal is the rehabilitation of Road ІІ-57 Stara Zagora-Radnevo-Road ІІ-55 from km 0+250 to km 11+075 and from km 12+460 to km 40+554, improvement and modernization of the technical characteristics of the road section and achieve road pavement's homogeneity.The project implementation will lead to: increased population's mobility and investments in the region,creating new jobs,improving the environment by reducing the emission of harmful greenhouse gases and the possibility of more choice to health and educational services for local population, as well as promoting the development of tourism.The implementation of rehabilitation of road ІІ-57 will satisfy the needs of the population of the Southeast region of Bulgaria,especially residents of Stara Zagora and Sliven and transit traffic in the region.The main activities set for the successful realization of the project are:Forming of the Project Management Team, that will manage and co-ordinate all activities and participants involved in realization of the investment proposal,Selection of the Contractor for execution of the construction, signing a contract with him and implementation of the rehabilitation of the project,Selection of the project's Supervisor (Consultant), signing a contract with him and implementation of independent supervising services during the construction period and the defects liability period,Signing a contract for the Designer’s supervision with the Designer and implementation of the Designer’s supervision on the execution of the construction on site,Implementation of the project’s audit by a certified auditor,Selection of the Contractor for implementation of the Information and publicity activity for the project, signing a contract with him and implementation of the Information and publicity activity of the project, Put the project into operation, implementation of all project’s activities, verification of expenditures and reporting of the results achieved
