Lot 7 "Road II-35 Pleven_Lovech from km 13+600 to km 25+384, with total length 11.784 km, Pleven Region

The main result that will be achieved by the realization of the project is rehabilitated road section of road II-35 with 11.784 km length. The safety and the comfort for the traveling residents of the village Brestovec and Pleven town and extension of the road life will be provided by the improvement of the transport-operational performances of the existing road The improved conditions for passing through the road section will have a favorable impact on target groups under this project and the final beneficiaries–the population of the Pleven region, will contribute to improving the quality of life and working environment, and providing new opportunities to enhance the competitive power in the region, will improve accessibility to the TEN-T network of goods and passengers within the region, which achieves the objective of this grant. The main activities set for the successful realization of the project are: -Forming of the Project Management Team, that will manage and co-ordinate all activities and participants involved in realization of the investment proposal -Selection of the Contractor for execution of the construction, signing a contract with him and implementation of the rehabilitation of the project -Selection of the Supervisor (Consultant) for the project, signing a contract with him and implementation of independent supervising services during the construction period and the defects liability period -Signing a contract with the Designer and implementation of the Designer’s supervision on the execution of the construction on site -Implementation of the project’s audit by a certified auditor; -Selection of the Contractor for implementation of the Information and publicity activity for the project, signing a contract with him and implementation of the Information and publicity activity of the project -Put the project into operation, implementation of all project’s activities, verification of expenditures and reporting of the results achieved
