Lot 13 „Road ІІ-49 Targovishte – Razgrad from km 9+800 to km 11+832.85 and from km 11+942.87 to km 30+658.87, with a total length of 20.749 km, region of Razgrad”

The main purpose of the project’s proposal is the rehabilitation of road ІІ-49 Targovishte – Razgrad from km 9+800 to km 11+832.85 and from km 11+942.87 to km 30+658.87, improvement and modernization of the technical characteristics of the road section and achievement of the road pavement’s homogeneity. The project’s implementation will lead to: increased population’s mobility and investment in the region, creating new workplaces, improving the environment by reducing the emission of harmful greenhouse gases and the possibility of more choice for health and educational services for local population, as well as promoting the tourism’s development.The needs of the population of the North Central region of Bulgaria, especially the residents of Razgrad region and transit traffic in the region will be satisfied by the implementation of the rehabilitation of road ІІ-49. The main activities for successful implementation of the project are: The main activities set for the successful realization of the project are: - Forming the Project Management Team, that will manage and co-ordinate all activities and participants involved in realization of the investment proposal - Selection of the Contractor for execution of the construction, signing a contract with him and implementation of the rehabilitation of the project - Selection of the Supervisor (Consultant) for the project, signing a contract with him and implementation of the consultant services - Implementation of the Designer’s supervision on site - Implementation of the project’s audit by a certified auditor; - Selection of the Contractor for implementation of the Information and publicity activity for the project, signing a contract with him and implementation of the Information and publicity activity of the project - Put the project into operation, implementation of all project’s activities, verification of expenditures and reporting of the results achieved;
