Lot 15 "Road III-107 (Dupnitsa bypass - Blagoevgrad bypass) - Kocherinovo - Rila - Rila Monastery from km 11+010 to km 30+792.57, with a total length 19.782 km, Kyustendil Region"

The main result that will be achieved by the realization of the project is a rehabilitated road section of road III-107 with 19.782 km length. The safety and the comfort for the tourists traveling to the Rila monastery and residents of Rila Municipality travelling to the Regional centers Blagoevgrad and Kyustendil and and road's life extension, will be provided by the improvement of the transport-operational characteristics of the existing road and will have a favorable impact on target groups under this project and the final beneficiaries-the population of the Rila Municipality, will contribute to improving the quality of life and working environment, and providing new opportunities to enhance the competitive power in the region, will improve accessibility to the TEN-T network of goods and passengers within the region, which achieves the objective of this grant. The main activities set for the successful realization of the project are: -Forming of the Project Management Team, that will manage and co-ordinate all activities and parties involved in realization of the investment proposal -Construction Contract signed with the Contractor for execution of the construction works and implementation of the rehabilitation of the project -Service Contract signed with a Supervisor (Consultant) and implementation of independent supervising services during the construction period and the defects liability period -Signing a Designer’s supervision contract and implementation of the Designer’s supervision on the execution of the construction on site -Implementation of the project’s audit by a certified auditor; -Selection of the Contractor for implementation of the Information and publicity activity for the project, signing a contract with him and implementation of the Information and publicity activity of the project -Put the project into operation, implementation of all project’s activities, verification of expenditures and reporting of the results achieved;
