Lot 19 "Road III-663 Chirpan - Simeonovgrad from km 0+000 to km 15+220, with a total length of 15.220, Stara Zagora region"

The main result that will be achieved by the realization of the project is 15.220 km rehabilitated road section of road III-663. The safety and the comfort of the traveling residents of the town of Chirpan, villages Zetyovo and Celina will be provided by the improvement of the transport-operational performances of the existing road and the environment’s improvement by reducing greenhouse gases’ emissions and extension of the road’s life. Will be improved the quality of life and working environment of population, investment will be attracted, access to education and medical care, will be provided, the development of tourism will be stimulated, as well as opportunities to be enhanced the competitiveness in the region, improving accessibility TEN-T network of goods and passengers within the region, which achieves the objective of this scheme grant. By the implementation of the rehabilitation of road III-663 will be satisfied the needs of the population of the Southeast region of Bulgaria, mostly the residents of Stara Zagora Region and transit passing through the region.The main activities for successful implementation of the project are: Formation of project management team to manage and coordinate all the activities and participants in the realization of the investment proposal; Contractor selection for implementation of construction works, signing a contract with the contractor and executing the rehabilitation of the road section; Contractor selection for implementation of construction supervision , signing a contract with the contractor and performance of construction supervision; Performance of design supervision of the site; Implementation of the project audit by a certified auditor; Contractor selection for implementation of information and publicity of the project, signing a contract with the contractor and performance of information and publicity of the project; Permit for use for the road section, verification of expenses and reporting on performance.
