Lot 21 "Road III-663 Chirpan Simeonovgrad from km 34+600 to km 54+83561, with total length of 20.236 km, Haskovo region"

The main result that will be achieved by the realization of the project is 20.236 km rehabilitated road section of road III-663. The safety and the comfort of the traveling residents of the town of Dimitrovgrad, town of Simeonovgrad and villages Brod, Zlatopole, Rainovo, and the villages in the region will be provided by the improvement of the transport-operational performances of the existing road. The traveling time will be reduced and thus will improve the environment by reducing emissions of greenhouse gases and will extend the life of the road. The realization of the project will improve the quality of the life and working environment of the residents of Haskovo Region by increasing the access to the education, medical services and the access for the local producers from surrounding places to the local markets in the town of Dimitrovgrad and town of Simeonovgrad The main activities set for the successful realization of the project are Forming of the Project Management Team, Selection of the Contractor for execution of the construction works and for implementation of the Information and publicity measure, signing a contract with him and implementation of the rehabilitation of the project; Selection of the Supervisor (Consultant) for the project, signing a contract with him and implementation of independent supervising services during the construction period and the defects liability period; signed contract with the Designer and implementation of the Designer’s supervision on the execution of the construction work; Implementation of the project’s audit by a certified auditor; Selection of the Contractor for Implementation of the Information and publicity activity for the project, , signing a contract with him and implementation of the Information and publicity measures; Put the project into operation,implementation of all project’s activities,verification of expenditures
