Lot 26 „Road III-507 Kardzhali – Most - Manastir from km 0+055 to km 26+109, with a total length of 26,054 km, region of Kardzhali”

The main objective of this project proposal is the rehabilitation of the road III-507 Kardzhali-Most-Manastir from km 0 + 055 to km 26 + 109, with 26.054 km length. The road pavement’s homogeneity, the road safety and comfort of the passengers will be ensured and will be achieved by improvement and modernization of the transport-operational performances of the existing road section.The improved conditions for passing through the road section will impact favorably on target groups under this project and the final beneficiaries - the population of the Kardzhali Region . Realization of the activities foreseen in this project will contribute to the improvement of the quality of life and working environment, as well as providing the new opportunities to enhance the competitive power in the region. The rehabilitated road section of road III-507 will improve accessibility to the TEN-T network of goods and passengers within the region, which achieves the objective of this grant. The main activities set for the successful realization of the project are: - Forming of the Project Management Team, that will manage and co-ordinate all activities and participants involved in the realization of the investment proposal; - Selection of the Contractor for execution of the construction, signing a contract with him and implementation of the rehabilitation of the project; - Selection of the Supervisor (Consultant) for the project, signing a contract with him and implementation of independent supervising; - Implementation of the Designer’s supervision on site; - Implementation of the project’s audit by a certified auditor; - Selection of the Contractor for implementation of the Information and publicity activity for the project, signing a contract with him and implementation of Information and publicity measures for the project; - Put the project into operation, implementation of all project’s activities; - Verification of expenditures and reporting of the results achieved;
